The Sky Visor Group of Companies is a UK based operation, serving a global marketplace, with a range of unique products, the primary
aim of which is to minimise the risk of skin cancer, through the tailored filtration of harmful UV radiation, thereby allowing
the user to tan effectively, without the risk of burning.
The Sky Visor Group has spent the last 20 years developing and
manufacturing a unique range of products, that are a World first, in terms of innovation and design. Working with the World's foremost
scientific teams and designers, we now have a range of products that are not only World leaders, but are, in fact, totally unique.
By
manipulating the properties of our products, we are able to specifically talior the exact nanometric wavelength of any part of the
light spectrum that is allowed to penetrate them. This has massive implications in the field of skin cancer protection, as we are
able to allow though exactly the right amount of UVA radiation required for a healthy tan, whilst inhibiting the dangerous, cancer
causing UVB ray, in a way that no sun cream or similar product can come close to acheiving.
Our products have an almost limitless
array of applications, primarily within the fields of leisure and medecine, including the manufacture of covers for sun beds, swimming
pools, play areas and public areas, such as bars, restaurants, balconies etc. They also have extensive applications in the marine
and super yacht industry.
Our products are also invaluable in the field of museums and fine art, where they can be used to protect
an old master, or ancient artifact, with the added benefit of being tailored to only allow through the optimum level and nature of
lighting for that particular item.
Our medical division is currently developing a highly sophisticated product that will be able
to sterilise operating theatres, and medical equipment, using high powered UVC radiation, which has the bonus of not having to be
left to dry, like the current steri mist systems, utilised by many hospitals.
The key aspect of all of our products is that they
can be fully customised to any customer's specific requirements and designs, including a vast array of colours to suit any corporate
ID.
